- General Provisions

TailoredVoices offers dubbing services for audiovisual content. All services are provided based on user requests and specific project requirements.
1.2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the legal consent of a guardian, and that you have the legal right to enter into a binding contract.
- Account Registration
2.1. Account Creation
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
2.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity on your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
- Service Orders
3.1. Placing an Order
When you place an order for dubbing services, you agree to provide all necessary materials and information required to fulfill the order. TailoredVoices will review your order and confirm acceptance based on feasibility and compliance with these Terms.
3.2. Order Changes
You may request changes to your order within 5 working days of submission. However, once the dubbing process has started, changes may incur additional fees.
3.3. Rejection of Orders
TailoredVoices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, particularly if the content is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Payments
4.1. Pricing
The prices for services are listed on our website or provided to you during the order process. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once an order is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will be binding.
4.2. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize TailoredVoices to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
4.3. Late Payments
If payments are not made on time, TailoredVoices reserves the right to suspend or cancel your order until payment is received.
- Delivery and Deadlines
5.1. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to meet the deadlines for the delivery of completed projects as agreed during the order confirmation process. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5.2. Content Review
Once the completed project is delivered, you have 5 working days to review it and request any reasonable revisions. If no feedback is provided within this time frame, the order will be considered accepted.
- Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Ownership of Original Materials
You retain all intellectual property rights to the original materials you provide for dubbing. However, by submitting materials, you grant TailoredVoices a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
6.2. Ownership of Dubbed Content
Upon full payment, ownership of the dubbed content transfers to you. TailoredVoices retains the right to use anonymized portions of the content for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.3. Third-Party Content
You represent and warrant that all content you provide for dubbing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify TailoredVoices from any claims arising from violations of third-party rights.
- Refunds and Cancellations
7.1. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of dubbing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, if there is a significant issue with the quality of the delivered content, we may, at our discretion, offer revisions or a partial refund.
7.2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before work has started for a full refund. If work has already begun, cancellation fees may apply.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Warranty
TailoredVoices provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the dubbed content for any particular purpose.
8.2. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailoredVoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or legal constraints.
- Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

TailoredVoices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on our website. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
